Fresh domains
Fresh .com domains, registered clean and handed over
A .com registered new, with nothing behind it. No previous owner, no old spam — and no reputation either, so you run the 51 days.
prewarmed.org is operated by the team behind Warm Inboxes (warminboxes.com) and Upscale B2B (upscaleb2b.com). Orders are fulfilled by Warm Inboxes.
Who this is for
Teams planning a quarter ahead
Register now, let it sit, warm it, and have clean capacity the month you need it. This is the cheapest way to build a fleet if you start early enough.
Anyone burned by a second-hand domain
A fresh registration cannot be carrying somebody else's spam history, because there is no history to carry.
Operators who want more domains, not more inboxes
Three inboxes across ten domains survives an incident that ends thirty inboxes on three. At $12 each, spreading out is affordable.
Fresh, aged and prewarmed are three different things
Fresh means registered recently, with no history at all. Aged means registered a long time ago, which tells you nothing about whether it ever sent email and can hide something bad about what it did send. Prewarmed means it has both aged and then sent and received real email, with its records in place the whole time.
Only the third one comes with any trust attached. But fresh has one real advantage over aged: you know exactly what you are getting, because there is nothing there. A domain registered in 2011, abandoned four times and last used for spam is worse than one registered last month, and the listing that sells it to you will only mention 2011.
The 30 days of doing nothing is not optional
Do not send from a domain in its first month. A domain that starts sending in its first few days gets added to the major blacklists almost straight away, and a listing that early is the hardest kind to get removed. This is the step most sellers skip, because waiting means slower stock turnover for them.
Age is one of the very few things Gmail and Outlook can check that a sender cannot fake or speed up. It is also the cheapest protection there is, and it costs you nothing but patience.
Publish your records on day one, point the domain at your real website, and then leave it alone for thirty days. After that, warm it for twenty-one more. Fifty-one days from registration, it is ready for cold email.
When someone advertises a prewarmed domain delivered in 48 hours, this is the part they left out.
What twelve dollars is and is not buying
Twelve dollars is roughly what a .com registration costs. We are not making money on the domain itself, and we are not pretending that registering one is difficult. You could do it yourself in five minutes.
The reason to buy it here is that it arrives alongside the inboxes, in one order, with the records already prepared to match. If you would rather register it yourself at your own registrar, do that. It is the same domain.
What it is not buying is reputation. A fresh domain and a prewarmed domain are not the same product at different prices. One is a starting point, the other is fifty-one days of finished work, and the prewarmed one is free with any inbox pack for exactly that reason.
Why the free prewarmed domain usually wins
Our prewarmed .com costs nothing when you buy inboxes with it. It has already had its thirty days of aging, its twenty-one days of warming, and its records checked. Against that, a twelve dollar fresh domain is only the better buy when you are building capacity for a date that is more than two months out.
So the honest version is this: buy fresh domains when you are stocking up. Take the free prewarmed one when you need to send. Most teams end up doing both, and the split is decided by the calendar rather than by the price.

Questions
Do I own the domain?
Yes. Registrar access and nameserver control are transferred to you. Ask this of any vendor: a domain sitting on their nameservers is theirs.
When can I send cold email from it?
About 51 days after registration: 30 days of sitting still, then 21 days of warming. Sending earlier is the most common way people lose a domain in week two.
Why is this $12 when the prewarmed domain is free?
The prewarmed one is free because the fifty-one days of work lives in the mailboxes you buy with it. A fresh domain is just the registration, and twelve dollars is about what a .com costs.
Can I use my own registrar instead?
Yes, and it is the same domain. Buy it here only if you want it to arrive with the inboxes in one order.
Are non-.com domains available?
Yes, via support. TLD carries real reputation differences, so ask before assuming a cheaper one is equivalent.
What about aged domains?
Those are priced per domain, because age, prior use, drop history and blocklist exposure all vary. We check the history before anything is handed over. See the domains page for how that works.
