Refund policy
Last updated 29 September 2026.
There are no refunds. Not after delivery, not on partial use, and not on unused inboxes within a paid term. If that is a problem, do not order — which is exactly why it is on its own page rather than in the small print.
prewarmed.org is operated by the team behind Warm Inboxes (warminboxes.com) and Upscale B2B (upscaleb2b.com). Orders are fulfilled by Warm Inboxes. Orders are placed and paid on warminboxes.com, so their terms govern your purchase. This page states the policy plainly because burying it would be both unfair and, for a business running ads, a chargeback waiting to happen.
Why it works this way
What you are buying has already been spent before you receive it. A prewarmed domain has had thirty days of aging and twenty-one days of warming put into it — fifty-one days of elapsed calendar time that cannot be returned to stock and resold. The moment a domain and its mailboxes are handed to you, that work is consumed. Mailbox licences are also paid to Google or Microsoft up front for the term.
This is the ordinary arrangement for provisioned infrastructure rather than anything unusual, but it does mean the decision to buy is worth making carefully.
If a domain stops landing later
Every provider has domains that eventually stop landing, and sellers differ in what happens next. Be clear about this one: there is no automatic swap. A domain that stops landing after it has been handed over and sent from is not covered here, and anything a seller does about it is a commercial decision rather than a policy you can rely on.
Ask Warm Inboxes what happens in that case, in writing, before you order. We tell readers to ask that of every seller on this site, including us, and the buyer's guide says so. Get the answer before you pay, not after something goes wrong.
What is not covered
Deliverability outcomes are not covered by any policy, here or anywhere honest. Infrastructure decides whether your mail gets a fair hearing. Your list, your copy and your sending behaviour decide the rest, and those are yours.
In particular, a domain damaged by sending to unverified data, by ignoring unsubscribes, or by sending far above the recommended volume is not a fault in what was supplied. The how it works page sets out the volumes we recommend and run ourselves.
If something is wrong with what you received
If an order arrives incomplete, misconfigured, or not as described — records missing, mailboxes short, the wrong platform — that is a supply problem, not a refund question, and it gets fixed. Contact Warm Inboxes support with your order reference. If you cannot get a response, write to hello@prewarmed.org and we will chase it from this side.
Chargebacks
Raising a chargeback instead of contacting support gets an account closed and does not get anything fixed faster. Talk to us first; almost everything that looks like a billing problem is a supply problem with a straightforward answer.
Delivery
Same day on business days. If an order has not arrived within that window, it is a support question rather than a refund question, and the answer is usually quick.
