Use when Opens fell off a cliff

If it fails Under 80% placement? Adding volume to a damaged domain makes it worse.

DNS Checker ↗

Query MX, TXT, CNAME, A and all other DNS record types for any domain.

Questions

Are these really free?

Yes, and there is no signup. They are built and hosted by Warm Inboxes, which we operate.

Which should I run first?

If something is broken right now: blacklist checker, then DMARC checker, then paste the headers of an email that failed into the header analyser. Those three explain most problems.

What if a check fails?

Each tool below has an "if it fails" line telling you what to do. Some problems you can fix in an afternoon. A blacklisting early in a domain's life usually is not one of them, and replacing the domain beats appealing.

Do you store the domains I check?

Ask before relying on it. If you are checking client domains, confirm the logging position with any tool vendor, including us.

Failed a check?

Prewarmed inboxes ship the same day, on a domain that has already done its 51 days.
